A very moving visit to see the AIDs Quilt at The Tate Modern. One of the saddest is this. The Parents do not want this chaps quilt seen, they can't cope with the shame. I was trying to think of a way it could be uncovered covertly.

I started a series called 'The Age that dare not speak it's name' about how older men can be as atractive and sensuous as younger men. Flickr classed this as restricted meaning I had to pay. I decided to dump Flickr and make my own site. Oh btw, both men in the picture are the same person.

Some years ago when my friend John was working in a second hand book shop, a chap came in one day said he was an artist and asked if John who sit for him. I later met the artist, whose name it turns out is Chen Danqing and he asked me to sit for him too with my puppet Mr Potter.

Now retired, I was for many years a puppeteer with my own company 'On The Other Hand'. My last production was Peter and the Wolf. One of the high points was getting a grant to tour children's hospitals and hospices.
