NEWS: DCMS has rejected the historic BBC Brookmans Park Transmitting Station in Hertfordshire (1928) for listing, overruling the recommendation of Historic England and C20 to designate the site Grade II. The decision is the latest in a spate of controversial ministerial interventions in heritage.

Hounslow Council allow only Forest and Voi bikes.
The adjoining Richmond Council has licensed only Lime. e-bikes cut out on approaching the border and are abandoned there.
That's not sensible. It could happen at any of the irregular boundaries between any Councils which make such changes. #e-bikes
