Here is a question I ask white women when I can’t get through to their tolerance for racists.
If a family member or a friend came to your house wearing a Nazi uniform, would you allow them in?
If the answer is NO, then why would you allow a racist?

I have been on this mission forever. I have learned to pay attention to the silences even more than the responses.
White women get real quiet when you bring this into their own lives, ask them to examine how they benefit, how they look away, protect friends and family who are bigots…
