Well the answer is in: Murdoch pays £10m+ and publicly accepts illegal behaviour was carried out by private investigators working for the Sun but gets to suggest it was arms length. Crucially no judge ruling on phone hacking at the Sun, email deletion, or if Rebekah Brooks knew of illegality.
4) Final unknown and the real question: What would Harry want as a public statement or admission of potential wrongdoing from Murdoch’s company, in return for giving up on his day in court? And what would Murdoch be willing to say to avoid a trial?
