"Cathmeral Friend" 2025.
I really enjoyed coming up with this painting! I was originally going to have it be a raccoon but I thought the reddish fur of a fox would pop nicely against all the green. I love hearing which side folks which sides they prefer to be at the top or bottom too!

A watercolor and gouache painting from a new series I'm working on combining California Native Flowers and meanings of different tarot cards. I dedicated the iconic California Poppy to the "The Sun", for it is happy, confidence, and success in wherever it sets it's sights on. 🌞
