This past weekend, Concurrences brought the Nordic Palestinian Film Festival to Växjö. 10 films, inc. To My Father (Salam Shehada 2008), Maria (Abdelhakim Majed Abudaquen 2025), & An Orange from Jaffa (Mohammed Almughanni 2023), & a fantastic seminar with Wafá Jamil & Bisan Edwan.

A recent workshop, Imperial Circuits: Production, Trade, & Regulation between the Atlantic & Pacific Worlds, 1530–1620, organized by GATPAC, brought together scholars from Latin America, Europe, and Asia in Seville to explore the roles of the Americas and Southeast Asia in the first globalization.

A recent workshop, Imperial Circuits: Production, Trade, & Regulation between the Atlantic & Pacific Worlds, 1530–1620, organized by GATPAC, brought together scholars from Latin America, Europe, and Asia in Seville to explore the roles of the Americas and Southeast Asia in the first globalization.
