#mindfuldrinkingfest 2025 was such a wonderful event!!! The healing, panelist’s wisdom and insights, immersion I got to contribute, to drinks I was able to enjoy that don’t cause Lyme symptoms to flare 🤩has made eating and drinking hard! This is how we win!!!
