I wanna go to FWA but I haven't been able to get a job for over a year. I literally just don't have the money for it. I was really excited to go too because they're renting out the aquarium and I love the Atlanta aquarium.

I've legitimately not seen a lot of people get this one and it kinda makes me sad.

In dark times, it is important to stay kind to others. It's okay to not be doing well and to ask for help, but reflecting your own darkness onto others only hurts those around you. Be kind to yourself and others and, in one way or another, it will be eventually repaid.

Doomposting will only accomplish making yourself feel awful. Lean into your community, look into direct action and support groups in your local area, and ultimately live. Whatever else happens, live.

It's actually horrifying that people on other platforms are showing such disregard for others simply because they feel different about politics. Slurs, threats, and harassment shouldn't be the response to people feeling genuinely afraid. It is abhorrent that I would see this from anyone.
