Managed to get a bad case of Covid 2 weeks ago and I'm still feeling like shit. I'm exhausted all the time and in bed fast asleep by 8 pm (which is a right miracle for this chronic insomniac!).

I managed to fall down a flight of stairs 2 weeks ago and hurt my wrist, among other things. I was slowing getting better, but yesterday I tried to open the fridge, twisted my hand at an angle somehow and hurt that same wrist again! Of-fucking-course! 🤦♀️
