Still pinching myself that we just got a new (to us) vehicle. It has ✨heated seats✨, which I have dreamed about for the past few years. Why, you might ask? Because we live somewhere cold? Nay— I am merely approaching my mid-thirties and have chronic pain.

Our holidays were bookended by sickness. I’m the last to fall ill in this round and it’s a fun reminder that if you’re the primary carer, no matter how much support you are blessed with while you’re down, your kids are still apt to say (or cry), “I want Mama!” and come looking for you 🙃🫠

What do you do when you have pie crust that’s too short for a regular pie? Mini quiche! Hopefully they don’t crumble when I remove them from the pan 😅😅
