I’m back after a very long break (longer than I was expecting it to be!!) I have been visiting friends and went to the Terrible Influence tour twice in the space of just over a week, and then ended up getting ill after with what I think was covid 🫠 Show was amazing though!

Wow I’ve been inactive here! Apologies, I had a major flare of my chronic illness which took me out for a week or so. Thankfully I’m doing much better now in time for celebrating Christmas with my friends and family! I’m also hoping to get my next blog post finished during the holiday period

Dealing with internalised ableism is so tough. I was diagnosed with autism earlier this year and I've been trying my best to treat myself with kindness and not hold myself to a neurotypical standard but the need to "be productive" is so overwhelming, especially as I'm starting out as a freelancer.

It is ALWAYS okay to:
- Play a game on any difficulty setting
- Jump between games depending on what you're in the mood for
- Finish playing a game and moving on when you just don't feel like continuing.
- Enjoy games that no one else likes
Play how you want to play and have fun. That's it.
