The concept of sides is commonly a problem of its own. The goal should be success, not a contest of who can claim to be better than the other. Sides cause a divide. At one point they were supposed to represent orientation but now more often than not they are a poor excuse to disrespect each other.

I don't like that it is so much like Twitter but it's worth a try.
