going out for sushi lunch w a friend tmrw … depending on if i have to eat in front of ma i SHOULD be able to get only 900 cals or so (might get rice paper rolls instead if thats less cals idk) dinner will only be 400 cals bc i have a premade meal

ate like 1200 cals today i’m sooooo embarrassed HOWEVERRR its bc i had a protein bar for breakfast 💔

gonna have to have a rlly small portion of dinner for this to happen. had a donut like a FATASS and now i’m up to 600 cals THO it was only 180 cals which is… unexpected bc it was like filled?!?? but i’m probably just gonna have a grilled chicken snack wrap from mcdonalds w/o sauce (approx 170 cals)
