Wow, things have been HEAVY lately. I've never had to work so hard to protect boundaries and for self preservation However, all it takes is some fresh air, some sunshine, and some self care to know that despite all of the negativity in this world, happiness starts within!

While it is possible to have compassion and sympathy for Charlie Kirk's family in this time of loss, it is also inauthentic for me to turn a blind eye to the divisive, cruel, and shameful ideals that he espoused. I pray that this hatred for others loses its momentum.
