I went to the sea 🌊 Before that we saw a swimming pool that was a museum (it was weird but pretty) ! Then I walked a lot, I ate a burger and an ice cream. My mom gave me a big poster with drawings about going on adventures 🤩 And I got a Frisbee as a gift at the restaurant ! 😃🎒

After the appointment the, dentist gave me a reward because I was very good 😇

Saturday was my boyfriend's birthday 🎂 I organized him a picnic made of everything he likes in a clearing ☀️
I am very happy and lucky to have it in my life ❤️

It’s too hot even with the air conditioning on the train 🥵

It's time to change into a cloth diaper for the rest of the travel to help feel less hot ☀️ I feel fresher now 😊
I love the toilets on German trains 🚄 They're always clean and spacious

One thing i will never get used to with incontinence, which always exasperates and anxious me : travelling 😧 Did I take enough diapers ? Garbage bags ? Where can i buy some in a hurry if I need them ? Not to mention the space it takes up. This is just for six days.

Too much talc ? No, just plaster 👷‍♂️

New policy of transparent garbage bags in my town 🙃 How long before my neighbors make the connection between the bags and the boxes I frequently receive ? 😬

I'm happy to say after a particularly difficult year in 2024, marked by a severe depressive episode : i’m feeling better. For the first time, I’m supported by professionals who are competent and truly listening...

Okay... enough diapers for three days in the family. Where am i going to put my clothes now?
