born of 𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒆 and 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒆, the young american woman takes life in her own hands as she leads a life worth living filled with adventure, danger, and thrill. quiet yet constant, she makes a mark on the world.
“well, i am touched that you find me as a kind of ‘right person,’” she hummed ——
"My friend would beg to differ, but I am glad you see past that, at least."
He grinned slightly. Lestat would always —

"Oh! I, uh... yeah. I'm okay. It happens sometimes. I lost a lot of my memory when I woke up. It's slowly coming back to me, it seems."
“are you alright?” she asked softly, her face filled with concern for the puppet.
Once you read the books, you'll see why only 2% of the worlds population watches the show. In the book, Claudia was 5-7 years old and Louis is from France, not New Orleans. You'll love the books. I got V into reading them. She was talking to me about the movie and suggested to her ( + )

❝Tell me, what is your name, young one, I assume, with your tongue you are from the 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒏 𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔?.❞

That's the only reason why V watched the show too was because of Sam Reid. I can't watch the show because I just get mad. But, they did get Lestat's backstory perfect and accurate so that is something I can definitely say they did good on.
I'll never like the TV series of the Vampire chronicles, however, the only two things I do like about it is how perfect Sam Reid is for Lestat and his feelings about Claudia and how her death actually effected him. Although, he wouldn't admit it to anyone but himself, sadly.
" Who....the f- how th-.." Blinking, Chloe rubbed her head. She was desperate to process all that just happened.
“welcome back,” she spoke softly, her voice guarded. “should i give you a few moments, or…” she had no idea what to do or ——

"Why do y—"
He was cut off by a memory rushing through him, his hand gripping his chest again. The memory of a boy who looked similar to him, sad and angry —
“a lot of the people hide it very well and don’t speak of it. i am like that, too.” she spoke sincerely, offering a kind smile.

He looked up in thought.
"It's a hard emotion to cope with."

The puppet mentioned, the melancholy expression on her face having not gone unnoticed. It confused P, unsure why such a lovely name would bring someone such sadness. However, one thing P did know was that human emotions were more complex than they—

He repeated softly, testing it on his tongue. A smile soon appeared on his face as he glanced over at her.
"I like it! It's a beautiful name. Does it mean anything special?"
P was genuinely curious. He had heard that human names often held meaning behind them. It was fascinating to—
There is a reason why Lestat writes these books (beside the first one). He wants to be known, and the short amount of time he was famous he did let it get to his head. 🤣👍🏻
It's okay. We all do this to ourselves. Soft floofy, or angsty, or both. We are all suckers for pain.
THANK YOU! I am really thinking about it because this song fits him so damn well.
You're just getting a double whammy of feels between Louis and Lestat.
