So little patience for the people perfectly content riding the tiger of white resentment and nativism while it was helping them push through tax cuts, who now stare at it running loose and feral in the streets and are like, "the left should reflect on how it let things get this far."

I keep hearing an argument about #digitalid that you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. My question though... where do people keep there eggs? Are they spread throughout the kitchen?

When was the last time you heard a politician in the media asked anything like-

-How will you make sure asylum seekers can reach the UK safely & refugees are protected?

-How will you make sure people coming to this country to work or study are treated equally & with respect?

I cannot remember.
Where else could this very smart & bound to succeed approach to “beating” the far right be happening then?

David is slightly unfair. There is a clear difference here.

Conservatives and Reform plan to forcibly expel large numbers of people who are legal, permanent residents of migrant origin. The BNP proposal is voluntary.
This below is from the 2005 BNP manifesto.

Spot the difference with current Tory and Reform policy.

📣 Germany's close to reversing its opposition to mass surveillance & private message scanning, & backing the Chat Control bill. This could end private comms-& Signal-in the EU.

Time's short and they're counting on obscurity: please let German politicians know how horrifying their reversal would be.

Under new plans to settle in the #UK migrants must volunteer to do work in the community. If you have to do something it's not volunteering. So to be valued in this country migrants have to do community service. A punishment used for criminals. #Labour #migration #ILR

Is there a reason I ask that the Times are using a picture of asylum seekers in a boat to describe rules for migrants who came on legal routes such as skilled worker visas for doctors?
Tough new conditions to be imposed on migrants who want to settle in the UK will not apply to more than a million people who arrived in the UK under the post-Brexit immigration surge
Labour’s tough new rules will not apply to migrants already in UK
