Sincere question: after watching multiple “Night Action” fights, why don’t guys kick each other in the balls when they’re fighting?

I’ve been calling senators and reps but the numbers are always busy 🤔
Good (they are getting inundated with feedback) or bad (they just shut down all feedback) ???🤷‍♀️😳🤮
