Our lovely daughter is playing in her musical theatre class production of Grease this afternoon & evening, at The Gaiety Theatre, Ayr.

Just A Mirage always reminds me of those free tapes BP gave away in the 80s. I remember my Dad saving the tokens up for them. There were only about 8 tracks on each one but they were decent. I still have mine in the garage somewhere #forgotten80s

He only took this up a year ago, but has really taken to it. He loves it and it has done wonders for his confidence 🎭.

Another wee PB lift at the gym this morning, so very chuffed about that.
I have always worked out but never really lifted significant weights. When I first started I had a bit of imposter syndrome, but now I really love lifting. There is something very grounding and relaxing about it.
