Had a dream once where Jennifer Garner provided cover fire for me while I performed an emergency C-section on a fish pregnant with a human baby.
Turned it into a really kickass short story about an alien race who used fish as surrogates because they could imbue the babies with super powers.

There were a few years of my life where I'd get drunk on the weekends and randomly find trans peoples go-fund-me's and donate thousands of dollars
