Just had my mind completely blown by the pilot of #Pluribus and OF COURSE Vince Gilligan is the man behind it. Haven’t been this creeped out since—you guessed it—The X Files. What a show!

I’m sure I’ll never quite get the hang of photographing the moon—especially with just an iPhone—but this view was too good not to try and capture it.

Is ANYBODY in Washington paying attention to this shit? *thumps mic* HELLO? IS THIS THING ON?
Trump is ordering new nuclear weapons testing. The US has not tested a nuclear weapon since 1992.

As you know, SNAP runs out by November 1. Children and families will go hungry, of course, but it harms the agricultural sector too. Impeachment is critical for the future well being of us all: rural or urban, farmer or office worker. Reach out to your neighbors. Normalize impeachment.

We need to treat this like the emergency that it is.
Congress could end this at any time.
To paraphrase Rep. Al Green, we have the way. We just need the will.
Call your representative today. Demand impeachment. Don't accept excuses or obfuscation. It's not complicated.

Q: What did you mean when you said you're prepared to send 'more than the National Guard' into American cities?
TRUMP: if I want to enact a certain act, I'd be allowed to do whatever I want. The courts wouldn't get involved. Nobody would. I could send Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines -anybody I want

I’m really tired of the political theater. Both sides of the aisle are claiming that the other side is “inflicting maximum pain” to accomplish their goals. Neither side is doing the work that benefits the American people. This has to stop.

Really hoping the "estimates" for 2026 Illinois health care premiums are massively inflated for whatever reason. My estimate for next year's premiums--with no changes to my family or income--was SEVEN TIMES HIGHER than what I'm paying now.

I’ve already seen financial planners bemoaning the work that will have to be done to properly assess this tax, and I am unsympathetic. If you are wealthy enough to be affected by this tax, you should have to do a little work. I love this idea. prospect.org/2025/10/23/u...

The GOP called protestors "terrorists" and "Marxists" and that didn't stop retired moderates in small towns from coming out today dressed in frog costumes because they're tired of this obvious bullshit.
