The city of Oregon, IL, is trying to pass an ordinance that a protest has to get a permit. Signs also will need to be approved. This has never been an issue until 2 peaceful protests were recently held against the current administration in our very red town. This should concern everyone.

Another example of Trump Fascism - Trump demanding Amazon remove books critical of Trump in order to continue to get government contracts. Included on the "removal" list are books from Dave Pakman, Brian Tyler Cohen & Mary Trump.

I hope last Sat went well for all who attended. We had a good turnout in my small red town. Most drivers passing by that responded to the protest were favorable. That gives me hope. Here's to the next protest on April 19th!

Now is not the time to be complacent. If you can please join the protests on Sat. April 5th at your local capital or other site/city gathering. Organizations are joining together (Hands Off, 50501, Women's March & others) to protest the assault on our nation and Constitution.
