What kind of country are we becoming when compassion takes a back seat to cruelty? When fear drives policy more than facts? History has shown us what happens when people are dehumanized and labeled as “others.” We can’t repeat those mistakes. This isn’t about politics. It’s about humanity.

My son had surgery in November to relocate an organ that was located in the wrong place and was unable to function properly. It was preapproved by insurance because it was medically necessary. He’s 8.
Got a letter from insurance today. THEY DENIED ANESTHESIA.

Umm, do you mean dish towels/washcloths? Just skip the paper towels, grab a washcloth, wipe up your mess, toss in the hamper. Voila! A reusable “paper towel.” No need to reinvent the wheel. 💁🏼♀️

Best Thanksgiving I’ve had in ages. Zero arguments. Nobody making passive aggressive remarks. Removing the toxic side of my family has been a true blessing and I am grateful for peace in my life. Here in this cyberspace of Bluesky and at home.
