In the #US those with higher risk of colon cancer do not get their colonoscopies covered by #insurance as it's considered diagnostic, while those at normal risk levels over the age threshold get it covered as preventative, and this is why I'm okay with insurance #ceo dying

If we had stats on the number of exotic pets that die within a year of purchase due to owner negligence, it would be one of the most depressing numbers. And yet, nothing would get done, because the US views exotic pets as decorations.

Now I imagine my blind ferret going to sleep and waking up in heaven able to see just like happened irl.
Whenever I need to cry I imagine a mommy dinosaur seeing the asteroid hit and explaining that everything is going to be okay to the baby dinosaur even though she knows things are not going to be okay as the dust cloud blots out the sun and the first shockwaves begin to shake the earth beneath them.
