The FCC is set to vote on a proposal to auction up to 180MHz of spectrum in the upper C-band. The approach is similar to the FCC's prior lower C-band auction, but does not yet address all concerns.

The National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) last week sued the Trump administration for rescinding the Digital Equity Act's competitive grant program which was poised to fund efforts to help communities connect to the Internet.
