Any #PlantWhisperers out there? I bought a monstera plant from Costco in January and I am only noticing now that there are multiple plants in this pot. Any advice on how to safely separate them? I want to donate a couple to my yoga studio if they survive. 🪴

Met with the dietician yesterday and officially starting my elimination diet. Looks like no gluten and no dairy for the next little bit.

I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease, an autoimmune disorder that attacks my thyroid gland.
I’ve struggled with flare-ups: extreme fatigue, hair loss, muscle pain & weight loss.
It’s really been a challenge to get through the day. But I’m making progress 💕

Little life update:
