update on this challenge: I started with 6 pages already written and now it's up to 10! This is just the "telling myself the story" draft so it's really casual/unformatted
If u didn’t know I am doing a mini-nanowrimo challenge where I work on my geode project draft my writing at least a sentence a day. So far I’ve been keeping up! (Minus headache days) Getting to scenes I haven’t drafted before!

my ass thought all this time that 'orienteering' was the general term for being able to find your way in the wilderness. i just found out it's actually the sport/competition version of that. i think the general term is 'wayfinding'? help

I confess I STILL haven’t sat in my cozy corner after the sun goes down since I was accosted by a huge earwig.
Then a few days ago I made the mistake of trying to identify a spider I had seen outside earlier, by looking up photos online at night. It was too much. I am still arachnophobe.

la times word flower not letting me do "dwelled" ?? spellcheck is telling me it's wrong but wiktionary says it's chiefly US, the normal past tense being 'dwelt'... i have literally never heard 'dwelt' in my whole life
