Back fom 1 week break. Usual route and usual place. In the mid of 8km starting to feel stomach ache but luckily there is public toilet in the park. Start to feel my overall stamina get improved since start to hike on Saturday and run on Sunday

Shifting my usual Saturday run to Sunday run instead until April. Start from lentor and end at bishan amk park. Is been long time never run in faster pace budy tend to feel exhausted at the end. Also this js first run with new watch ⌚️

First run of year 2026!!Start from lentor and end at springleaf park. Total distance 11km but during halfway my watch battery run out. It was 50% battery before run, it drop to 2% during run and force stop the tracking. Maybe is a sign to buy new watch in 2026
