Uddingston Library had a well-attended talk yesterday by local writer and mindfulness teacher Martin Stepek, covering his inspiration to start writing poetry, his life experience that led him to mindfulness, and some very moving personal reminiscences. Thanks Martin, and to all who came along 🙂.

We raised £244.45 at our Coffee Morning in Carluke Library on Wednesday 29th October.
We have a sales table with items donated by the knitting & crochet clubs in the Library, including some kindly donated plants and homemade chutney. Why not come in and have a look? All proceeds going to Macmillan.
