Happy Statehood Day, my dearest love 🇧🇦

Today I completed my first ever trail race.
Considering that I haven't trained for it, not once, I feel beyond happy and proud, albeit how that might sound pretentious.

Planted my roses with no planned order or a premaditated choice of a veriety.
Now they are flowering always.

A pleasant surprise here, I never thought I would see: some invites are available for me.
Now, knowing how nice people are now around, it's quite a challenge whom to give them...

Nature's brutalism

The couple got a wedding gift from a dear-to-all distant aunt in the family. Thoroughly kind, but eternaly poor and lonely, she was never without some kind of help from all of her family. A lunch here, a dinner there, a dress for holiday... So, she sent them a gift card.

The other day I waited at the airport. The sliding door was pouring tired people. You could see they brighten up with a smile when a sight of a familiar person grounds them. Three kids entered.
Two of them got hugs and kisses, the third one just kept smiling as she pushed her two suitcases alone.

All I need for a day to be full, and to be content in life is a cup of coffee, a visit to a bookstore, and a walk under the canopies.
And my body healthy enough to carry me through that.

Another social media, another bout of "what should I do now". Anyways, glad to see some people I already love here... let's see.
