Every family has a right to safety, and incidents like this raise serious concerns about how force is used around civilians, over innocent people. It’s understandable why many people feel these events underscore the need for major change or even abolition of systems that put civilian lives at risk.

A baby was hospitalized after being tear gassed by ICE. ICE deployed flashbangs and tear gas inside the car. The baby stopped breathing and had to be rushed to hospital.
The family was just driving home from their son's basketball game.
