So if we're wondering where I'm at with my digestion issues (to put it nicely) - I have started a spreadsheet to document what I am trying and if I have any reactions. last week I found out I don't have a reaction to tempura flakes!! GLUTEN! Today and tomorrow I test tea!! SCIENCE BABY!!!

FINALLY found the perfect gluten free bagel and dairy free cream cheese combo - it’s the canyon bakehouse bagels with the violife cream cheese with scallions mixed in (or on top). It’s so good and was as close to an actual bagel and schmear as I could possibly get.

Last night I went OUT! On a school night! And today I felt like a million bucks! What a day! I was so productive and I made all three of my meals from scratch! And I did laundry! And put it AWAY! And a job interview! What a day!

Henry stepped in Ami’s poop while on our morning walk (too much snow everywhere). So we had to wash his paws when we got home. Ami was SO worried.

One step closer to finding out whats going on with me!! I got tested for celiacs and crohns/colitis today - tbd on when I get the results back, but I'm excited!

I wish Apple would make a simple mp3 player that connected to Apple Music and Apple Podcasts (w/ WiFi and Bluetooth) so I could ditch Spotify and my phone and just listen to stuff without my phone around!!!! I want to do more stuff away from this freaking brick.

Sad post time- I finally saw a gastro about my issues and it was pretty disappointing. Thankfully she doesn’t think it’s cancer, crohns, or colitis - but she didn’t know what else besides maybe celiacs (doesn’t explain my reaction to brown sugar). Blahhh cried all the way home.
