Dr Julian Hart paraphrased his argument regarding healthcare;

"To the extent that health care becomes a commodity it becomes distributed just like champagne. That is rich people get lots of it. Poor people don’t get any of it."

Working amoungst multiple exclusion the barriers remain ever present.

I was able to spend Thusday at a learning event hosted by the St Ann's Hospice Homeless Palliative Care team. Genuenly don't know what I'd do without the teams support, providing real holistic care and support to palliative and EoL patients experiencing homelessness
