2 months ago my phone broke, on that phone i had locally stored a notes page with ~100-200 ideas for things to do in sm64 I had accumulated over multiple years
~90% of them did nothing, ~8% of them were good enough for tweets, but ~2% ended up being good ideas
Lost now, but made a new entry today

I think it's far more frustrating to be good and know what you're bad at than it is to be bad and not know what you're bad at.
The latter gives hope or at least the enjoyment of discovery.

This is how i feel about xcam/singlestar for me, except I'm far worse and could never really compete. Only ever held like 2 or 3 xcam records that were ever like "cool" and people who are actually good at the game can just beat me for free.

I'm not completely burned out of mario, but it feels good to have really not played it in about a month.
When daily star comes back, I think itll feel really good for a short bit. Might do rta again at that point.
