I liked the tension the ressource allocation creates. I can see that that's not for everyone, and certainly not what I want in every game, but on this level it makes sense to me. Felt like France should have been more prioritized for Entente reinforcements, up to a threshold or something.

I missed to add +2 production for Italy ... doh. She would have spent those on research last turn, though, can't replicate, but doesn't have much of an effect, fortunately. +1 OV for FR, this turn, then.

Athena's Reinforcements work differently: She picks country with most losses (RU over FR!), draws as many cards as the delta to initial OV (8), counts matching country (6), reinforces up to 3 times (never more than previous number), depending on RP. With 3RP reinforces by 2 (1+2[+3] per OV step).
