The type of stupid that causes passengers to lose it. Feel sorry for couple with 2 little babies. The least American could do is upgrade them.

@americanair.bsky.social Hours of delays trying to leave SB. Now taking us to wrong city. Will be stranded in Dallas. To compensate us for our trouble, offered a voucher to stay at a Motel 6. Seems a rotten way to treat a Million Mile/Platinum member.
