✨ GLITCH TEXT TUTORIAL ✨

Here is how I create the glitch effect that I use for my cyberpunk and tech-themed designs! You can also apply this technique to images and not just text.

1) Start off with your title text 2) Duplicate twice, move under the main title layer, then offset and colour green/cyan and pink/red 3) Rasterize and merge all layers together, then make a selection all the way across the text and move it slightly to one direction 4) Do it a few more times! 5) Select a random portion of your text and go to Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic *Note: this is only for Photoshop 6) It should look like this! 7) Do it a few more times in random places throughout the text and with varying rectangle sizes!
