A great vindication for a courageous human rights leader
Şebnem Korur Fincancı’s statements should not even have warranted an investigation, let alone justify a criminal prosecution.

Turkish authorities must end their punitive use of the criminal justice system, that aims to harass and prevent human rights defenders like Fincancı doing their work.
