It's hard not to channel your inner @edzitron.com when the past week has been story after story of big tech rolling back ill-advised AI products nobody wanted.

This is only going to continue, as companies divest from user research and go all-in on AI "insights" that happily confirm all assumptions.
Tools for not-thinking
User research would have prevented this week's extremely expensive mistakes - but leaders are determined to keep making them.
