Crazy how ever since some fucking guy took the term 'filter bubble' and pretended like it's the new hotness (rather than a normal tendency for people to seek like-minded people) there's research saying it doesn't exist, but too many people are happy to keep profiteering off of bullshit ideas.

I have never related to this sentiment, I did a PhD in something I love and yet I took breaks all the time, I chilled out regularly, any time I was rejected I thought 'you're dumb, I'm right' and not once did I take it personally. Idk I guess I'm just built different.
