Just back from a wonderful week at the NVIC in Cairo. Was it hot? Yes! Was it intense? Yes! Did we drink litres of homemade lemonade? Also yes!

I am trapped on a coach for two hours. Someone is watching the football without earphones. Someone is on TikTok without earphones. Someone is video calling their son without earphones. Someone has just started singing. Is this normal? Should I join in and blast Nile on my phone?
