To celebrate Husband and my FIL we had grilled grass-fed ribeye steaks (grilled by Husband), mashed potatoes (made by the girls), sautéed squash and a salad (made by my MIL)
and GF banana bread bread pudding with whipped coconut cream (made by me)

I had my first check-in with my midwives yesterday!
I’m over the moon to report that at 17 weeks they were able to hear Baby D’s heartbeat with a fetoscope 🥹💗✨
I’m less overjoyed to report that it’s all too common for women to not be eating enough while pregnant
SO I’m now on an eating schedule 😬

whether guided by self, another, or guiding others—
I’m thrilled to use the same tools during #pregnancy
to communicate with my baby, to heal, and to envision a beautiful labor & delivery 🥹👉🏾👈🏾
