Name one right you enjoy that didn't come from protesting. Do you enjoy the weekend? Protests. Do you enjoy basic civil rights? Protests. Women's right to vote? protests. The United States? That also came from protests. Our rights, and the rights of all, require free speech and right to protest.

The signal chat made clear that whether or not to bomb (and when) was a political calculus (to look strong, to send a message), more than something necessary for national security. Similarly, the failure of Republicans to demand accountability is choosing party and politics over security. Full stop.

PSA: Do not trust AI to do your bibliographies for you! I have now witnessed two instances where AI simply makes up references--citing things that do not exist. This is supremely sloppy. RAs/students -- this is not a good time saving option!Double check all references before submission

This is precisely why I will not review or publish for MPDI. They just published a piece in the journal Water. It cites a piece that does not exist: Simms, R.; Harris, L. Indigenous water governance and sustainable practices. J. Indig. Stud. 2018, 42, 415–436. [Google Scholar].

As many of us (likely most of us) still understand the value of DEI initiatives, I wanted to share this amazing work and some key data points from colleague at UW Madison Manuel Teodoro. Many has done some careful longitudinal work looking at diversity of the workforce in the water field.
