Interesting because polls showed that a majority of voters did NOT see Trump as extreme but DID see Harris as left of center

Some said that the Democrats were too focused on LGBT- type issues which were a turn off to some of their electorate woke
And yet the Harris campaign barely touched on them

Frankly as a grizzled old Lefty I am fed up with the never ending tongue clucking Monday morning quarterbacking re the defeat of the Democrats

To begin with such analyses are riddled with contradictions

There are polls showing that most American voters did NOT view Trump as extreme and that Harris was viewed as Left of Center
Following Obama’s victory in 2008, former Tennessee Senator Lamar Alexander remarked
