Apparently Fitzpatrick has disappeared and turned his phone off. Call your rep if they are listed below and tell them to do the same. Turn off phones and go home and don't go back until the vote is closed and dead.
If these are your Reps, call their DC office and tell them to go home for the night.
Let the bill die by their departure.
