Making supper for my family is absolutely a labor of love. Im in a really bad fibro flare due to weather this past week and am in pain. But im cooking my hubby's favorite meal and im happy to fill their bellies.

Well my Raynaud's has flared up with a vengeance. My fingers and toes are freezing to the point of almost being numb. Its 57°f and raining well today is a slippers and hand warmer day.

My poor baby is miserable she had an allergic reaction to what we presume to be a bug bite. Took her to the vet and the swelling is down but my baby is so itchy. 50mg of benadryl every 12 hours as prescribed and she's still not feeling well. Her body is working hard fighting this.

Tonight's visit was full of love. We remembered my brother and honored him through our memories and laughter. We came together in grief and held each other up in the darkness. Gods I miss him. He was an amazing human being, and the world is a darker place without him.

It feels too real now. Went over to visit and love on my family. The house doesn't feel the same, but it is still filled with love.

I also got to at 4:30 am pst after falling asleep around midnight. Had to be to the out patient surgery center at 6 fucking 25 am. I hate early mornings

My next lumbar medial branch block is Thursday, Oct 23rd. This one is for the insurance, then I'll get to schedule my ablation on the 4th of November....im kinda excited this means my back pain will be at a minimum for up to 6 months.
