Just got a chance to see the musical film “Wicked.” Quite deserving of applause, actually. I admire characters who refuse to conform or renege on their values, and think they can teach us all something. However, I do wonder about goats using chalkboards.

Attempted to draw balloons on my calendar to demarcate a loved one’s date of birth. The drawings looked like spermazoids. This is why it is difficult for me to participate in what „normals” consider culture.

Beckoning in the New Year seems like an enjoyable festival until you recognize that years and any other measurement of time is arbitrary. Framing our lives in these temporal cycles is more dangerous than anyone cares to admit.

There seemed to be a few years in the current millennium that everyone seemed to be insinuating that God was a woman (most present in the zeitgeist were Grande and Eilish). Now everyone is back to radical atheism. What changed?

There IS ethical consumption under capitalism. The fact that moderns have deluded themselves into thinking they are exempt from ethics due to the uncontrollable conditions overhanging their existence is jarring. Akin to saying there is no ethical way to open a door for an elderly man on a rainy day.
