A new app that tackles multimorbidity has revealed promising results. The project, run by Holly Health with Modality Partnerships, Dr @james-sanders.bsky.social and Dr James Fleming found that users improved their engagement in managing their conditions by 21%.

During my time with the CLiMB team, one study that I found particularly interesting was the Harnessing Opportunities to Promote Equity for Non-Communicable Diseases project, led by Dr Charity Aienobe-Asekharen and Dr Hibbah Osei-Kwasi.
