Here's my assessment of the dismissal of Federal charges against #DonaldTrump. It's a natural consequence of 76.8 million Americans deciding to be soft on crime. 235 years and its the first time we've elected an indicted president, but #JackSmith did the right thing.

This is a simple exercise of the #DOJ's longstanding policy not to indict or prosecute a sitting president, which #Trump will soon be, because 76 million voters said they do not care how many crimes he committed, how many people he defrauded, how many women he assaulted, etc.
BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith files a motion to dismiss the federal indictment against Donald Trump, citing DOJ policy barring prosecution of a sitting president.
