Scott Bassett- said that President Trump is using “strategic uncertainty” to negotiate deals. And then at the end of this statement, he says “certainty are not always great in deals.”

The legislative branch is reliant on the judicial branch to put a blockade on the executive branch. The House of Representatives and the Senate should be doing more, and having serious conversations about the executive, and his cabinet advocating defiance of SCOTUS court orders.

My opinion if they keep refusing to bring back Garcia, this should be grounds for impeachment. He has violated the constitution, defied SCOTUS, or is playing semantics, with their language.
